Insurance Broker - Personal Lines


SASKATOON INSURANCE AGENCIES has an opening for an experienced Personal Lines Broker. This position reports to the General Manager.


Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide professional customer service at all times.
  2. Interact in a professional friendly manner with all people.
  3. Assist in the training and development of all staff.
  4. Manage relationships with insurers and clients in a positive manner.
  5. Provide leadership to other team members.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  1. Level I or II licence. CAIB designation or working towards a designation will be seen as a definite asset.
  2. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Be a highly motivated self starter.
  4. Excellent ability to prospect for new clients.
  5. Build strong client relationships based on trust and service.
  6. Proven success in mentoring and motivating in a professional and ethical manner.
  7. Present a professional image to our current and future clients.
  8. Be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and eligible to work in Canada.

SASKATOON INSURANCE AGENCIES offers:

Motor Licence Issuer


SASKATOON INSURANCE AGENCIES is seeking a Full-time Motor License Issuer/General Office Clerk. This is a 5 days per week position.


Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide professional customer service at all times.
  2. Interact in a professional friendly manner with all people.
  3. Provide Motor Licence Issuing services to walk in customers.
  4. Answer phone inquiries as required.
  5. Assist with general office administration.
  6. Be self motivated and provide leadership to other team members.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  1. Computer experience.
  2. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Be a highly motivated self starter.
  4. Ability to handle cash efficiently.
  5. Available to work Friday, Saturday and Monday.
  6. Bondable.
  7. Sask Auto Fund knowledge considered an asset but not required.
  8. Be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and eligible to work in Canada.
